Teju Babyface: “How My Car Disgraced Me At Psquare’s House
“In the year 2011, when I went to invite Peter and Paul of P-square to invite them to The Teju Babyface Show, they were very nice and quite cool with being on the show. After praising us for doing a good show so far, they escorted me outside.
Their mom (of blessed memory) was standing outside with a few friends and she was very warm to me as well. And so, in the sight of all of them (Peter, Paul, Jude, their dancers, mom and family), I entered my battered Honda Accord and started saying a silent prayer; ‘This car please do not disgrace me in the presence of these boys with all their Range Rovers, X6 and Hummer’.
And then I turned the ignition on. NOTHING! The silly car refused to start! I tried again and again, nothing! I wanted to enter the ground! So it was with a shamed face that I popped the hood and Peter helped me pull up the bonnet. I grabbed a stone from the ground and knocked the battery head with Paul saying to me ‘do not worry bro, it has happened to all of us’! Thankfully the car started after several bashings to the battery with the stone and I slowly crawled out of their close.”

BBA Final Showdown: All Eyes on Melvin, Beverly
As this year’s Big Brother Africa (BBA) television reality show comes
to an end. The anticipations about who will take home the princely
$300,000 (about N48 million) grand prize on Sunday, 25 August, are as
high as never before.
With last week’s exit of dreadlocked South Africa’s Angelo Collins, who was one of the favourites for the grand prize, and Ethiopia’s Bimp, the top 5 for the final looks like this: the two Nigerians – Beverly Osu and Melvin Oduah, Ghana’s Elikem, Namibia’s Dillish, and Zambia’s Cleo.
The five have survived 88 days in the House and now need every vote possible to get their hands on the much sought after grand cash prize.
On 26 May, 28 housemates from 14 countries entered the Big Brother House in Johannesburg, South Africa for a 91-day of fun and entertainment in a secluded environment. But as the end of The Chase is just days away, social media, especially Facebook and Twitter, have been abuzz with fans getting creative with their support for their favourite housemates.
Whoever wins on Sunday would hug instant fame and fortune, joining the likes of Nigeria’s Kevin Pam Chuwang (2009), Uti Nwachukwu (2010), Karen Igho (2011) and South Africa’s Keagan Petersen, who was last year’s winner of the show.
The two Nigerian representatives have been enjoying massive votes from Nigerians and other Africans. Melvin seems to be the favourite, but Beverly is also attracting attention from fans and laying a huge claim to the grand prize in spite of the opprobrium she attracted from some quarters over her controversial intimate encounters with Angelo in the house.

Actress Ini Edo To Be Kicked Out
When Ini Edo’s husband traveled out months back and left her behind in Nigeria to “do her thing” many didn’t suspect anything was wrong as it is not unusual for a husband to leave his wife behind to attend to some business issues and return home.
But days turned into weeks, her husband didn’t return; weeks have turned into months now and it’s obvious Ini Edo can no longer hide her pains again….According to a source, she has been complaining secretly to a few friends about her husband’s fight with her. She has done all she could to make him “forgive me even if I’m wrong” but it seems her efforts are not really working as she had expected. And it’s getting bad.
Another source gathered that the major issue is Ini Edo’s inability to get pregnant and give her husband a child after three years of marriage. It is said that the man was advised against marrying her due to her “past” but he ignored the warning all because he wanted to marry a celebrity.
Anyway, the home front is no longer at peace and the man is not even coming home to touch his wife so they could try for a pregnancy.
