Nigeria’s official youngest celebrity couple Wizkid and girlfriend Omotani Omotayo are not one we get to see together as enough times as we would like.
However, the cuties made time to attend the recently held  MOET & CHANDON HOSTS 5TH + QUANSAH FOR TSEMAYE BINITE 2013
Sighting the young couple together at events is a once in a lifetime opportunity, this is probably the second or third sighting after they were spotted during Banky W’s album launch earlier this year.
The most likely explanation to their little together time is Wizkid’s commitment at shows and Omotani’s education (she just graduated from University).
It’s obvious that this two would make the cuties babies ever, that’s if they decide to go down that road!!!

Man Swallowed By Hippo, Lives to Discuss...

Nature guide Paul Templer was leading a group down a river near Zimbabwe's Victoria Falls in kayaks when a male hippo attacked them.

"The solid whack I felt behind me took me by surprise," Templer told The Guardian (UK). "I turned just in time to see [apprentice] Evans."

"He had been flung out of his boat, flying through the air. His boat, with his two clients still in it, was lifted halfway out of the water on the hippo's back."

Templer then instructed another apprentice to guide everyone to a cluster of rocks nearby as he attempted to rescue Evans from the water.

But before he could, "I was engulfed in darkness," he recalls.

"It was as if I had suddenly gone both blind and deaf."

That's because he'd been swallowed by a hippo.

Templer managed to escape the body of the beast during the animal's next breath. But the angry hippo was not willing to let him go without a fight.

As he attempted to swim away, the creature grabbed Templer once more, leaving almost 40 puncture wounds before submerging itself again.

"Blood rose from my body in clouds, along with a sense of resignation," he says.

"I've no idea how long we stayed under. Time passes slowly in a hippo's mouth."

Suddenly, the animal broke through the surface and spat Templer out as it did.

One of the apprentices was waiting nearby and paddled him to safety and sealed some of his wounds, including one so deep a portion of his lung was exposed.

In the end, though a surgeon estimated both of his arms and part of his injured leg would have to be amputated, Templer lost only his left arm.

But the incident couldn't stop him from his passion, or work as a travel guide.

"Two years later, I led an expedition down the Zambezi River, and as we drifted past the stretch where the attack took place, a huge hippo lurched out of the water," he says.

"I screamed so loudly that those with me said they'd never heard anything like it."

"He dived back under and was never seen again. I'd bet my life savings it was the same hippo, determined to have the final word," Templar says.

“They were lovely delightful children, always smiling and very very engaging.”
That’s how the Director of the Deira International School, Jeff Smith, describes two of his students who were killed in tragic circumstances last week in their homeland, Pakistan.
Raneem, 9, and her elder brother, Rayyan, 11, were among the five-member Durrani family that was found shot dead in their Karachi home on Tuesday morning last week.
“They were very popular with all their friends. Teachers adored them. They were the ideal students you would want in any school,” Smith said, referring to Raneem, who was studying in Grade 5 and Rayyan, who was in Grade 8. Both joined the upmarket British curriculum school just last September.
The school though, much like everyone else related to the family, is still distraught at their loss. “It was disbelief and devastation,” says Smith when he first heard the shocking news.
The father, Abdul Jawad, who was reportedly the chief financial officer of a Pakistan-based sugar mill, allegedly shot everyone including himself and their youngest son, one-year-old Arish.
According to media reports, the 50-year-old had forewarned his extended family and friends about the incident the same morning. The police, though, had yet to confirm or rule out foul play.

It took four years to diagnose him with nephrogenic diabetes insipidus – which afflicts just one in 25,000 people in the UK.
Sick Dominic Webster guzzles 20 litres of water a day to quench a raging thirst caused by a rare kidney illness.
As a baby poorly Dominic, now aged four, suffered unexplained fevers, vomiting, headaches and was constantly tired.
It took four years to diagnose him with nephrogenic diabetes insipidus – which afflicts just one in 25,000 people in the UK.
The disorder means he is constantly thirsty. Now he not only drinks huge amounts of water each day but also has to stick to a low-salt diet.
Dominic’s left kidney is only functioning at 10% and he may need a transplant when he is older.
He has already had several operations and has to see hospital specialists every six weeks.
Mum-of-four Katie, 28, of Horwich, Greater Manchester, suspected something was wrong when Dominic was born and a scan eventually confirmed her fears.
She said: “I felt sad that he will be able to lead a normal but very limited life. He’s very clever and will say to people he has a kidney problem.
He has to have a diet low in salt, sugar and protein with few processed meats. He drinks up to 20 litres a day. When everybody at nursery is having cake and fruit drinks he can’t have them.”
But Dominic can eat most of the same meals as his siblings – Jordan, 11, Abigail, 10 and five-year-old Isabel – as his mum cooks his food in a different pan and without salt.

Worsening Security Situation Forces President Jonathan To Return Home

goodluck-jona22

President Goodluck Jonathan’s visit to South Africa and Namibia has come to a sudden end as the President and his team cancelled a scheduled state visit to Namibia.
Information Nigeria gathered that Jonathan’s decision to cut short his visit is not unconnected with the series of high profile killings that have so far claimed the lives of some 100 army and police officers as well as civilains in Borno, Bayelsa, Nasarawa, Taraba and Benue states in the last few days.
The President will leave Cape Town in South Africa and return to Nigeria by 7 PM tonight canceling a two day scheduled visit to Namibia.
