Former Cool FM OAP, Yinka Olonode who hosted a show called “Get a Grip”, committed suicide about a week ago (April 29th, 2013) in Portland, Oregon, US.
At his time in Nigeria he was also a model, featuring in commercials for MTN.
Yinka Olonode, 34, of Portland, fell about 6:30 p.m. from the 15th floor of The Nines hotel at 525 S.W. Morrison St., where Departure Restaurant and Lounge is located. – Oregon Live Reports
It is reported that Yinka was having troubles in the US. Along with
being an illegal immigrant in the US, he was also arrested in 2010 after
a fight with his girlfriend.
