Tonto Dikeh falls on stage at Iyanya’s concert last night
I’m not going to assume and say she was drunk when she came on stage to perform at the Kukere concert in London last night, but she definitely behaved odd. She said something about not wanting to wave because her armpit wasn’t shaved and kept mouthing off until she fell.
Watch the video after the cut…
Serena William’s diamond ring gives her slight injury at French open
Tennis star Serena Williams suffered a slight injury a few hours before her three set victory over Svetlana Kuznetsova at the French Open quarterfinals.
The slight injury was an irritation on her pinky finger caused by the massive diamond ring she was wearing on her right finger.
Serena’s trainer applied ointment on the
affected area and taped it up. The tennis star didn’t remove the ring
and went on to win 2 sets out of 3 to advance to the semi-finals of the Roland Garros event.

Bentley Bonananza, M.I The Martyr, And Laugh-Spiration
Few of us like a Monday, but Amebo Pulse does for it
gives him the chance to scratch the underbelly of Naija’s entertainment
industry and laugh at the good, the bad, and the down-right pig-ugly,
from a week brimming with potential victims.
Partriotic Gossip! That’s the mood from last week. We sang and cried
our hearts to the sound of the national anthem, kissed the glorious
Green-White-Green flag with wet lips, and our hearts were heavy with the
weight of what Nigeria had achieved in 14 years of democracy: nothing.
So after feeling very sad, we packed up our selves, hearts and all and
went back to earn our daily bread and butter.
Amebo also went back to his field of gossip, peeping, gathering gist, and presenting it to you on a platter of gossip. Enjoy!
Bentley Bonanza
What is the greatest invention ever made by man? Cars, electricity,
the internet, cellphones, Game of Thrones, or space shuttles? Who cares
anyway? Ahem. For me, the greatest invention ever made was Nollywood.
Yes, putting together the terror squad of Saint Obi, Jim Iyke-Chan, Segun Scaryinze, the Ramsey Albinoah, and those crop of greedy singing actors- Tonto Dikeh my pokolicious love, evil Patience Uzokwor
(Mama G), and Stella Damasus was the best thing humanity ever did to
itself. I know you all reading this will be scratching your heads and
shaking it like say I wan kill your pastor, or your imam…or your
babalawo, but since, I run this show, you better sit up and accept all I
say as truth because Amebo is anointed with the talk-talk authority to spread the gospel of gossip. I run this show!

Governor of Nigeria’s Central Bank, Sanusi, Unable To Shake Off S*x Scandal As More Evidence Surface
Sanusi
Lamido Sanusi, Nigeria’s Central Bank Governor, appears unable to shake
off a report that he funneled public funds to Maryam Yaro, a married
mistress whom he gave a job at the bank he oversees.
Premium
Times was first to report the scandal in which Mr. Sanusi was accused
of abusing his office in order to advance an amorous relationship with a
woman.
Several sources gathered that Premium Times has been under
intense pressure from associates of the CBN Governor since the expose
was published. In the wake of the report, the CBN also issued a widely
circulated reb*ttal claiming that Ms. Yaro was never a staff of the
bank, that she was employed at Nigeria Incentive-based Risk Sharing
Systems For Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL), and that the governor had no
hand in her recruitment.
But records obtained by SaharaReporters
suggest that the bank’s claims are an attempt to muddle up the facts.
NIRSAL, to which Ms. Yaro is attached, is a special purpose vehicle
(SPV) set up by the Federal Government through a partnership between the
CBN and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. Besides, the project is
domiciled in the Development Finance Department of the CBN.
It is
the CBN’s human resource department that hires staff for NIRSAL, and it
is Mr. Sanusi who approves all recruitments into the agency, insiders
say.
Records available to us indeed showed that, contrary to the
CBN’s claims, Mr. Sanusi directly and personally approved Ms. Yaro’s
recruitment.
Investigations by SaharaReporters revealed that,
after approving Ms. Yaro’s hiring and sending her file back to the
bank’s human resource department, Mr. Sanusi sent a message to his
mistress on June 25, 2012 saying, “I’m in South Africa. I approved your
recruitment last week.”
Ten minutes later, Ms. Yaro responded: “You have made my day. Thank you so much. Let me know when you are back.”
