Yaw Calls Funke Akindele To The Bar  

Popular comedian, Steve ‘Yaw’ Onu has set the stage for the fifth annual edition of his ‘Yaw Live On Stage’ comedy show.

This year’s edition which comes up on 3 March at Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos, will see Yaw present a stage play titled The Bar and it will feature Nollywood top actress Funke Akindele.

“The Bar is a satire that deals with the happenings in the country. All these experiences are presented in a humorous pattern to educate Nigerians without being offensive to anyone, group of people or government of the day,” Yaw said.

The audience will also be treated to live musical performances from M.I, Iyanya, Brymo, African China, Olamide, Phyno and Nosa.

Leading comedians like Akpororo, Klint D Drunk, Funnybone, Senator and MC Abbey will enliven the show with rib-cracking jokes.

Hosts for the day are veteran comedian Alibaba and Bovi.
