OSCAR PISTORIOUS GRANTED BAIL

South African Blade runner Oscar Pistorious has been granted bail by Magistrate court in south Africa. He is facing murder charge over the valentine's day shooting of his girlfriend at his house. Magistrate Desmond Nair concludes he has made a strong enough case, citing Pistorious detailed account in his version of events. The prosecution failed to establish any of the factors that would have led Nair refusing bail. Shouts of "yes" from pistorious family and friends were heard as the magistrate made his ruling.
